Diane Tidwell, Woodstock GA: Front yard design for wildlife habitat that is deer proof. This yard is in a HOA neighborhood and we were mindful of what the neighbors would see and plant choice.

Sagamore Hills Elementary School: Sagamore is a STEM school in DeKalb County. Stephanie Spencer, the STEM teacher received a grant to put in a bird garden at the end of the courtyard on a hillside. All plants are chosen for their usefulness for birds on a year-round basis.

Henderson Park Native Plant and Wildlife Walk: This is a pollinator garden at the front entrance to the park. It is in the process of being installed as of 4/20/2020. A grant was received to purchase plants and the city of Tucker Parks and Recreation approved the plan.

Marylu Stevens, Big Canoe, GA: This was a new construction house in 2018. Big Canoe has a very strict HOA that provides a plant list for homeowners that consists of mostly native plants. These houses are in a heavily wooded area that is browsed very heavily by deer. The plants were chosen specifically to be deer tolerant.
